We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store management in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The Assistant Manager will assist in various functions including inventory control, employee training, and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and staff alike.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
