Assistant Manager for Children’s Ninja gym wanted! We are a fun filled obstacle course gym for children where you can help children gain confidence and athleticism! Our coaches will tell you this is one of the most fun and rewarding positions they have ever had! This could be a part time or full time position for the right candidate.

WHO WE ARE:

USA Ninja Challenge, North Andover has been open for over 4 years and features obstacles similar to those seen on the show America Ninja Warrior. We work with children of many different abilities from beginners to elite athletes competing in world level competitions. Our coaches are valued team members who love working with children and are vested in their development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in retail management or store management within the fitness or wellness industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and employee development.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in bilingual or multilingual capabilities being a plus.
• Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising techniques, and sales management principles.
• Experience in cash handling, cashiering duties, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with staff and vendors.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in administrative roles with proficiency in organizational tasks related to fitness center operations.
