About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Assistant Manager – Financial Systems to join the resort’s Finance team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Solution Design and Implementation: Lead requirements workshops with finance stakeholders; translate business needs into EPM solution designs; configure and build Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting modules. * Testing and Deployment: Create test plans, execute unit and integration tests, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage deployments to production. * Support and Maintenance: Provide support for different finance applications; troubleshoot data, performance, and calculation issues; implement fixes and enhancements. * Data Analytics and Reporting: Build dashboards and reports; perform data validation and reconciliation; deliver actionable insights and KPI tracking for finance. * Stakeholder Management and Training: Work closely with finance team; prepare documentation and deliver end user training and knowledge transfer. * Continuous Improvement: Identify process automation opportunities; propose and implement improvements to reduce close cycle time and increase forecast accuracy. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM implementations and support. * Practical experience with different modules within EPM like FCCS, ARCS, Budgeting/Forecasting, Financial Consolidation or EDM * Practical understanding of AI technologies and how they integrate with Oracle applications; familiarity with Oracle AI offerings, use cases for embedding predictive analytics into planning and forecasting, and experience evaluating or implementing AI-driven features to enhance financial processes. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau * Oracle EPM Cloud certification, Hyperion certification, or equivalent preferred * Gaming or Hospitality experience is an added advantage About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
