HONG KONG BAPTIST UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF CREATIVE ARTS The School of Creative Arts (SCA), comprised of three well-established academic units: the Academy of Film, the Academy of Music, and the Academy of Visual Arts. Established on July 1, 2022, SCA is dedicated to nurturing future-ready talents for Hong Kong and beyond, while making a significant impact on society through innovative research and transdisciplinary studies. The School is now seeking a high-calibre, dedicated, mature and self-motivated individual to join the Dean’s Office.  Assistant Manager (25260530) Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage postgraduate programmes, including admissions, programme operations, finance, student scholarships / awards, student affairs, and quality assurance; * Manage research and scholarly activities, including grants / output management, reports / proposals vetting and compilation, post-award administration and knowledge transfer management; * Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and special projects; * Assist with various services, including internationalisation, career development, alumni relations, fundraising initiatives and event management; * Provide committee services; and * Perform any other duties as assigned.  Requirements: * A good honours degree with at least 5 years of relevant and solid work experience, preferably in higher education institutions; * Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); * Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; * Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities; * Highly organised with a strong sense of responsibility and maturity; * Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Capable of multitasking under tight deadlines; and * Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years.  Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and mutual agreement. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
