Job Purpose Reporting to the Lead of Onboarding, you will be part of the Manpower Development team responsible for handling administration matters of our Financial Representatives. The Job · Assist in the onboarding process for new applicant, including reviewing on the fit and proper of the applicant and documentation review. · Support the preparation of onboarding materials and presentations. · Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and answer basic inquiries. · Collaborate with the onboarding team to streamline processes and improve user experience. · Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in onboarding. · Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the onboarding process. · Participate in ongoing project involving the enhancement of Great Career system by working with internal and external stakeholders in applying AI technology. · Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned. · Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. · Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. · Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. · Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. · Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. · Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. · Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. · Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. · Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
