Key Responsibilities a) Teaching & Course Development: 1. Design, teach, and enhance skills-based online courses at all levels, including essay writing, literature analysis, and academic grammar. b) Team Leadership: 1. Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality online class delivery, student assessments, course creation, recruitment, marketing, and more. d) Bilingual Collaboration: 1. Educational Background (Preferred): Graduates from Chinese universities or programs. Background in hard sciences, engineering, or math—logical thinkers are a big plus. Experience in teaching beyond ESL or business English. Expertise in class design for use by other teachers. Experience in training and development. Commitment Requirements Full-Time Engagement: Work a standard 40-hour week, with paid overtime when necessary. Flexible Scheduling: Availability to work on weekends as needed. Long-Term Vision: Willingness to make a multi-year commitment to grow with our company. What We Offer Competitive Salary: ¥22,000 to ¥32,000 RMB per month, depending on qualifications.
