Degusta Food Service, a successful and expanding local and independent business based at the Bristol Fruit Market (BS2) is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team delivering a great range of fresh produce, ambient and frozen quality products.
We are currently offering a Full -time position
-Shifts between Monday to Friday from 6 am to 14 pm, 37.5hrs a week.
-Salary: £13.10 x hour

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics, 2 years (required)
• Knowledge of health & safety, food safety and compliance standards
  -Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems proactively
  -Delivery experience 1 year (required)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Assistant Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff planning, training, warehouse maintenance, , and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures that Degusta Food Service runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
