Job Description Performance Monitoring & Strategy: Actively monitor business operational performance, using rigorous analysis to challenge existing workflows and highlight specific areas for optimization. Problem Solving & Process Design: Develop a deep understanding of evolving business needs. You will identify operational bottlenecks, create immediate workarounds, and propose long-term process improvements. On-Ground Vendor Engagement: Conduct regular on-site visits to partner locations to audit physical operations, build relationships with store managers, and ensure that theoretical processes translate effectively to the shop floor. Strategic Insights & Reporting: Prepare high-impact insights and recommendations for monthly performance reviews with local and regional leadership, ensuring data tells a clear story to key decision-makers. Retail Partner Consulting: Act as a consultant to Pakistan’s premier retailers, providing them with bespoke operational suggestions to enhance their performance and efficiency on our platform. Quality Control & Target Setting: Collaborate with local Quality Control (QC) management to set ambitious yet achievable operational targets for shop-level performance. Data Analysis: Synthesize information from multiple data sources to identify performance gaps and engineer data-backed solutions. Project Management: Lead the rollout and operational integration of new features and specialized projects related to shop operations. Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain regular alignment with local teams, regional headquarters, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of operational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject At least 3-4 years solid experience in operational role in FMCG, E- commerce. Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable navigating large datasets and turning numbers into a narrative. Operational Mindset: You don’t just see a problem; you see three ways to fix it and one way to automate it. Communication Skills: You can hold your own in a room with regional leaders and can simplify complex operational concepts for retail partners. Mobility & Proactivity: You are willing to be "on the ground," visiting vendors across the city to understand the heartbeat of the business.
