About Us
Infusion VR Arcade in downtown Victoria offers over 200 VR games, thrilling multiplayer adventures, VR rides, and classic arcade fun for families, groups, and corporate events. Known for our immersive experiences and friendly staff, we’ve become a top destination for parties and team-building.
Exciting news — this December, we’re expanding with Infusion Play, a brand-new entertainment center beside our current arcade. Infusion Play will feature a mix of non-VR and VR multiplayer games, designed for dynamic, team-based challenges.
We’re now seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help us deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.
This role also offers a clear path to career growth — the right candidate will be considered for promotion to Manager as we continue to expand.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred).
  • Digital marketing experience (social media management, content creation, or online promotions).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, open-minded, and patient when assisting customers with gameplay
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily operations of the arcade and VR center.
  • Provide gameplay assistance and outstanding customer service to guests.
  • Manage cashier duties, including sales and end-of-day balancing.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures.
  • Create and schedule social media content to promote events, specials, and community engagement.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive guest experience.
  • Support staff training, scheduling, and supervision.
