ASSISTANT MANAGER - BACK END

The Operations Manager is a crucial member of our KENT leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of our back end business including our lumber yard and drive-thru warehouse, and the shipping and receiving areas. They also focus on meeting financial objectives for their department, managing their team’s performance, and promoting a positive and inclusive working environment through employee engagement and store events.
This position will be for our Kent Store located at_ 85 Roe Ave, Gander, NL_
