OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, culinary arts, and hospitality management. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
  • Previous experience in food production or as a barista is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
