Join our team at Tim Hortons, one of Canada’s most iconic brands. We’re looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in quick service or food service preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A team player who leads by example and supports employee development
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality or business an asset
Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high standards of service and product quality
  • Ensure adherence to Tim Hortons brand standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and reduce waste
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist in staff scheduling and payroll processes
  • Open and/or close the store as required, following all procedures
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
