Job Description Process: Knowledge of Insurance product and guidelines Fair understanding of Lloyd’s Market i.e. Bureau, Non-Bureau and Company Market Good understanding of reading agreed Signed slips and Endorsements Knowledge on creating Written, Claims and Premium bordereaux Knowledge/Experience in Policy Administration System  Standardization and Validation of data received from Local office, Database and underwriting platform. Create and validate Cumulative Bordereaux Submit Bordereaux to carrier, placing broker and underwriter on regular interval as defined in slip Handling queries and liaising with business for timely resolution  Managing reconciliation query from Accounts team Setting up payments on client portals Reconciling outstanding premium on system with Paid Bordereaux Responsible for maintaining several trackers related to Bordereaux creation and submition. (example update tracker, query tracker, etc)  Peer review and support to Quality team Maintain process map and detailed process manual Training document and plans to be kept updated Staff Onboarding and off boarding report to be maintained Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders  Maintain turnaround time and Quality score as per contract Maintain monthly, weekly and daily reports and publish to stakeholders as agreed  Adherence to Audit requirement and documentation Timely closure of Audit observations and Non confirmativePeople:- Actively participate in team activities and initiatives to encourage a collaborative team approach. Adhere to the WNS values. Provide active support to team members by assisting through technical skills Conduct regular team one on one, daily huddles and monthly meeting Maintain early warning system  Encourage team members for new ideas and methods of process improvement Meet self-training and team annual training hours Update team member roaster, attendance and leave trackerClient Maintain Proper documented communication with client Meet agreed SLA and manage client escalation Publish report as agreed by clientProfile/Skills: Back office, Non Voice with excellent comprehension and business writing skills WNS policy on background checks to be followed Qualifications Graduate (any stream) with 8 years of London Market experience.
