Work Location: Kai Tak, Hong Kong Employment Duration: Permanent Responsibilities: Support and execute organisational development projects, including research, design input, planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure impactful and timely outcomes Lead the design, maintain, and analyse talent data and dashboards to generate insights that inform organisational development priorities, support talent pipeline development, and enhance leadership effectiveness Manage and drive employee engagement initiatives, including the Employee Listening Survey (design support, launch execution, analysis, and action-tracking) and culture and values programmes (logistics, materials, and delivery support) Support organisational development & talent (OD&T) operational excellence, including budgeting coordination, administrative processes, reporting, and tracking progress of OD&T initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient team operations. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline OD&T processes, tools, and ways of working, and drive continuous improvement within assigned areas Coordinate and oversee OD&T compliance activities, including data collection and preparation for annual reporting, sustainability reporting, audits, and other enterprise disclosure requirements Support cross‑initiative project management, including aligning timelines, identifying synergies, coordinating resources, and maximising efficiency across the OD&T portfolio Lead the development and ongoing refresh of future skills insights, including identifying emerging capability needs, skill gaps, and priority focus areas, and work with relevant stakeholders to inform workforce, learning, and talent development initiatives Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in organizational development or talent management Solid understanding of HR policies, employment ordinances, and regulatory frameworks Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
