Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

· Oversee operation of all divisions of the Village, including the management of the StarRez database
· Work with other functions and partners to plan and coordinate Summer Stays programme, Village Life events and University Open Days
· Conduct site inspections and reports.
· Liaise with the Regional Maintenance team to ensure quality and streamline delivery of services for students
· Work with the Commercial Finance Manager and Village Director/Manager to manage and monitor the Village’s Budget and financial cash flows.
· Provide reports (i.e. sales report, debt reports, balance score cards)
· Assist Village Director/Manager in preparing the Village’s Annual Business Plan
· Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to promote the Village
· Act as an escalation point of contact for the Village team
· Motivate and lead the team, supporting them in their development
· Work closely with the People Team (HR) for any employee-relation issues.
