Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager for our outlet in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Oversee daily operations of the outlet, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness Assist in managing and motivating the team to achieve performance goals and maintain customer satisfaction Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service and increasing revenue Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills Participate in menu planning and pricing strategies Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff and customers Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet Prior experience as a supervisor in a similar setting Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages and food service operations Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Familiarity with local cuisine and food trends in Visakhapatnam Basic financial management skills for inventory and cost control
