Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Outreach and Partnerships - School of Nursing and Midwifery. Responsibilities: The position will be reporting to the Associate Dean, Outreach and Partnerships, School of Nursing and Midwifery. Moreover, you will be responsible for: Provide administrative and operational support to the Associate Dean and team, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination. Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including high-profile SONAM events that enhance SONAM’s image and visibility. Maintain partnership records, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up. Act as liaison between SONAM and external stakeholders to promote outreach and alumni initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external use. Support the preparation, review, and monitoring of agreements (e.g., MoUs) with relevant AKU units. Liaise with AKUH and AKDN entities to coordinate joint programs and events. Organize alumni reunions, networking forums, and engagement activities (in-person and virtual). Arrange tours for external stakeholders and maintain risk management records. Coordinate faculty and staff involvement in outreach and partnership activities. Provide administrative support for capacity-building initiatives, including coordinating training, mentorship opportunities etc. Any other task assigned by the Associate Dean or her designee. Requirements: You should have: a Master’s degree from an HEC recognized or foreign university Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in outreach management, event coordination, partnership development, alumni relations, or project coordination, preferably in higher education or healthcare. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven experience in event management, alumni programmes, and stakeholder engagement. High-level organizational, data management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office; excel sheet, and knowledge of alumni data management platforms preferred. Proactive and self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities. Professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
