We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our friendly team in our Lighting and Home store in Uddingston. Ideally you will be someone who is proactive in your approach and can work using your own initiative and retail skills to assist in the efficient and successful running of the store.
PAGAZZI is the UK’s largest, independently owned lighting and mirror retailer, Trading for 43 years we have 12 stores in the UK as well as our online store www.pagazzi.com, and our stores ranging from lighting superstores in premier retail parks to factory outlet stores within key outlet shopping centres.
Supporting the Store Manager, your duties will include:
· Achieve targets through driving sales.
· Support the day to day operation of the store and deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
· Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store.
· Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
· Support and motivate your team to achieve targets and lead by example.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have:
· Previous retail management experience
· Commercial awareness.
· Good leadership skills.
· A keen eye for detail.
· An enthusiastic and upbeat personality.
Applicants must be flexible as some weekend working required.
