Qualifications * Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or F&B Management or related disciplines. * 3-5 years of working experience in restaurant and bar supervision, preferably in hotel industry. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations. * Certification in alcohol service is a plus. * Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
