Assistant Manager – Children’s Residential Care Home
At Parallel Care Solutions, we believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported as they grow. We are looking for a Therapeutic Assistant Manager to help lead our children’s residential home, someone who can combine leadership with warmth, guidance, and care.
This role is more than management. It’s about creating a therapeutic environment where children can heal, build trust, and develop the confidence to thrive. You will support the Registered Manager, guide the staff team, and be actively involved in day-to-day life in the home.

Supporting and developing staff to provide nurturing, therapeutic care
Building trusting relationships with children through presence and consistency
Leading by example, working shifts alongside the team, including regular sleep-ins
Ensuring our home remains safe, warm, and compliant with care standards
