Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to take a leading role in running the daily operations of our bakery café. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can provide strong leadership on the floor. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, handling orders, and supporting an outstanding guest experience.
This role is central to our success — you will be the person who keeps the bakery running at a consistently high standard, while fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED required; some college or hospitality/management training preferred.
  • 2–4 years of food service or retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Proficient with POS systems (Toast or similar), cash handling, and basic reporting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for people and for creating an engaging guest experience.
