[What the role is] As Performance and Rewards Manager, you will oversee JTC's performance management and total rewards frameworks, ensuring that our officers are recognised and rewarded in a manner that is equitable, competitive, and aligned to organisational goals. You will lead key annual exercises and partner with senior leadership to continuously evolve our rewards philosophy. [What you will be working on] Overseeing annual performance management exercises including appraisal cycles, ranking and promotion exercises, merit increments, and salary adjustments Reviewing and developing performance management policies and processes in alignment with PSD guidelines and JTC's performance philosophy Leading compensation and benefits reviews — including market benchmarking, salary surveys, and job evaluation — to ensure JTC remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent Coaching and equipping line managers and HR Business Partners with the knowledge and tools to conduct effective performance conversations Partnering with HR Systems and Data teams to leverage analytics for evidence-based rewards decisions and policy reviews Collaborating with Industrial Relations or Employee Relations specialists to address grievances related to performance outcomes Keeping abreast of WOG developments in performance management and total rewards, and recommending enhancements to JTC's frameworks [What we are looking for] Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR function Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Strong knowledge of Singapore's public sector HR frameworks, PSD guidelines, and employment legislation
