Qiddiya Investment Company is redefining the future of entertainment, sports, and culture in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Performance Management.
In this key role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing performance management systems that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to drive a culture of continuous improvement and enhance employee performance through effective feedback, coaching, and development initiatives.
Your expertise will be essential in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring that employees receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7years of experience in human resources, with a focus on performance management.
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes and employee development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present performance data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in training and development is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks, processes, and tools that align with organizational objectives.
  • Support department heads in setting performance metrics and objectives for their teams.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on performance management best practices.
  • Assist in the ongoing evaluation of employee performance and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Facilitate talent assessment and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement in performance management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management and HR.
