Programme Management *  Develop and implement new initiatives to achieve business goals *  Collaborate with the sales team and management to set achievable and strategic sales targets *  Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. Performance Management *  Monitor and evaluate sales performance across teams and channels. *  Set up performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools *  Conduct regular reviews with sales teams to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. *  Provide recommendations for optimizing performance, both at the individual and team levels. Sales Analytics & Reporting *  Conduct in-depth sales analytics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities *  Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management. *  Analyze the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions, providing feedback and data-driven insights   Knowledge Skills and Experience: *  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field *  2+ years of experience in sales planning, performance management, or a related analytical role *  Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies *  Strong understanding of performance management framework and tools *  Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision making *  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
