Job Purpose: The Control Room Operator at the Continuous Cast Rod (CCR) Plant is essential for overseeing the real-time operations and ensuring the production efficiency of the plant. Utilizing advanced Distributed Control Systems (DCS), this role is responsible for monitoring and adjusting production parameters, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and facilitating seamless communication between field operations and the control room. The operator plays a critical role in process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a robust understanding of safety and regulatory compliance, making it pivotal for maintaining the plant's operational integrity and achieving production targets.
