Job Responsibilities: * Deliver business insights by analysing large datasets and applying structured analytical approaches; produce clear reports, management dashboards and presentations that translate findings into actionable recommendations * Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including target sizing, performance tracking and results analysis  * Provide data and analytical support to business units by defining metrics and delivering timely performance updates and insights for decision-making * Work with research agency and business units to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear consumer insights and implications for strategy.  * Monitor market trends, competitors’ moves and consumer behaviour signals to provide competitive analysis, regular updates on competition, key risks and opportunities Job Requirements: * University degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data/Information or related disciplines * Minimum 5 years’ experience in analytics, planning, performance measurement, or related roles that turn data into business recommendations * Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint * Strong data analytical skills and business sense * Able to translate complex analyses into business insights with precise and concise presentation * Good communication/ interpersonal skills and able to work independently under pressure * Good written and spoken English and Chinese We offer successful candidate an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects.
