Job Title: Assistant Manager, Plant Supply Chain LogisticsLocation: KAEC – CEER Motors Job Purpose:Lead Vehicle Yard operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient vehicle flow supporting outbound shipments. This role drives shipping execution, inventory accuracy, and operational performance in alignment with sales and logistics targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee yard operations including receiving, storage, and outbound shipments. Lead shipping teams and manage daily execution aligned with sales demand and production constraints. Monitor KPIs (efficiency, quality, inventory accuracy) and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and lead safety inspections and incident prevention. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Quality, Assembly, Logistics) to resolve operational challenges. Manage shipment planning, system accuracy (SAP/WMS), and reporting. Support special operations, pilot programs, and continuous process optimization. Coach team members and ensure effective shift handovers and communication. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience (including 2 years in a leadership role). Experience in vehicle yard operations is preferred. Knowledge of SAP, WMS, or MES is a plus.
