What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver memorable guest experiences Set the tone for hospitality—warm, attentive, and detail-oriented Work with the General Manager to manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and floor execution Maintain high service standards and hold the team accountable with consistency and fairness Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth, seamless service What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of restaurant industry experience Management experience required (full-service) A true passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and leads by example What We Offer: Salary: $50,000–$62,000 per year + bonus opportunities Schedule: 50 hours per week Benefits: Health coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Shift meals You’ll be joining a team that cares deeply about what we do—where high standards, teamwork, and genuine hospitality aren’t just buzzwords, they’re how we operate every day.
