YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSISTANT MANAGER

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team and maintaining high standards. Your duties will include:

• Helping to plan shifts and rotas for the front-of-house team.
• Supporting with stock management, including ordering and deliveries.
• Handling customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Providing training and coaching for the team.
• Deputising for the General Manager when needed.
