JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant l Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality standards are maintained. You will play a vital role in supervising staff, managing food preparation processes, and fostering a positive environment for both employees and guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a Restaurant management role is essential, with a strong background in supervising teams.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage hospitality operations effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
