ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are a traditional British pub in the Bayswater/Paddington area who strive to provide the best possible customer service and serving fresh, seasonal food is a big part of what we do with Sunday’s being one of our busiest days as we are known for our Sunday roasts. Most of our customers are tourists travelling to London looking for a proper British pub with great food and exciting drinks as well as a bit of a chat or recommendations of what to do in the area. We are looking for a part-time Assistant manager with a passion for hospitality, someone who leads from the front, provides great table service and enjoys engaging with customers! Previous experience in an Assistant manager role preferred but if you are a supervisor looking to take the next step in your hospitality career, this could be a great opportunity.

We are looking for a motivated & passionate Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will run the business alongside and in the absence of the Deputy & General Managers by having a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
