We are looking for an assistant General Manager for our 1927 Drinkwater Restaurant in Duncan BC.
The successful applicant will show a strong ability to relate and communicate to our team. Our team is the most important aspect of our restaurant. Each employee is always to be treated with respect and shown what good performance is through teaching, coaching, motivating and by leadership showing by example. Staff housing is available if required

Here is the Job description for Assistant manager position:

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Tim Hortons standards.
  • Train and supervise staff members in food preparation, service, and hygiene practices.

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment to meet health and safety standards.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to help facilitate marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
