Job Description Experience & Domain Knowledge• Strong travel domain knowledge with in depth ATPCO Fare Filing experience.• Minimum 5+ years of training experience on Fare Filing and GDS.• Proven experience in new hire training and OJT coaching.Skills & Competencies• Strong ability to identify skill gaps and translate them into actionable training plans.• Good knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.• Excellent coaching, feedback, stakeholder management, and people management skills.• Strong analytical and planning abilities Qualifications • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); exposure to digital or LMS based training preferred.• Graduate in any discipline.• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, as per business needs.
Responsibilities
Lead process training for Fare Filing and ATPCO within the travel domain. Responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing actionable training plans, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
