Job Description Main Responsibilities Sourcing expertise & experience in CDMO/CMC/Chemistry/Toxicology. Exposure to import of specialty chemicals from China. Experience on cost sheets related to projects. Experience in import and its related formalities to ensure timely clearances and delivery of imported Goods. (Chemical/consumables) Procuring the chemicals, solvents, consumables etc and ensuring the timely delivery. Procurement of Analytical columns, Biologicals & Consumables. Weekly delivery status needs to send for stakeholders. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. Rate contracting of all Opex related requirements. To arrange for vendor approval after obtaining of duly filled in vendor questionnaire. Ensure timely, cost effective and high-quality materials adhering to all purchase policies and regulatory guidelines. Competencies Proven working experience in Biopharma industry. Maintain good relationship with team members. Comfortable and has worked in different industries and segments especially large MNCs and proprietor driven organizations. Candidate who know ordering of chemicals from Import and domestic regions. Exposure to techniques of negotiation Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
