Job Description About the Team : In the Business Unit Off-Highway and Test Systems ZF bundles its activities for the product lines Construction Machinery Systems, Agricultural Machinery Systems ,Material Handling Systems and Electric Drives and Test System. What you can look forward to as Assistant Manager- Test Systems ( Procurement &Logistics) : Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, Performance and the lead time. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions. Collaborate with industrial buyers to understand their requirements andprovide solutions that meet their needs. Track with transport to get delivery on time, and at very optimum pricing.(highly important) Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics. Resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, quality complaints, or delivery delays. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and finance, to support project needs, including vendor registration. Develop systems of records of stocks online. Handling the toolkit transportation and the procurement is must with time effectiveness Your profile as Assistant Manager- Test Systems ( Procurement &Logistics) Must be a technical Engineering Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Procurement, particularly in big industrial projects Should have capabilities to evaluate the new suppliers, visit to the supplier to know their capabilities and certifications. Should have expertise in indirect purchasing, new recommended vendor development and on boarding of the vendor. Should be capable of handling the logistics and the documentation works. Have Procured capital machinery, MRO items, consumables, oils, stationery, instruments, jigs & fixtures, development testing materials, Packaging, AMC contracts, services, and transport. Managed procurement and execution for greenfield projects including HVAC, civil works, hydrants, electrical infrastructure, machinery, utilities including all the consumables and the spares for the project and service. Must have experience in Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation & Cost Reduction, Import & Customs Clearance Management, Supporting the localization activities in project works by on time procurement both in Projects and service Why should you choose ZF Group in India?
