This role will lead and drive the implementation of product launches and enhancements in the point of sales systems. The role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of product launches, robust testing governance, and continuous improvement in implementation capability. Establish comprehensive UAT strategy and coverage Define and enforce a robust UAT strategy that ensures all business rules, system logic, product features are fully validated. Ensure stakeholder reviews (ACT, CP ) are completed before UAT commencement and after UAT commencement Strengthen UAT testing and quality assurance Lead the planning, coverage, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test design, defect management, documentation, and stakeholder sign‑off. Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring issues are identified and resolved within agreed timelines Elevate testing efficiency through tooling, automation, and process improvements Identify opportunities to streamline or automate testing processes (e.g., UAT data preparation, scenario generation, regression). Lead and develop a high-performing implementation team Provide guidance, coaching, and development for managers, assistant managers, within the Product Assurance & Optimization team. Build competencies in testing, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving to support organizational growth and succession planning. Maintain high-quality testing documentation and audit compliance Oversee the proper documentation of test plans, test cases, summaries, defects, regression evidence, and UAT sign-off artefacts. Ensure all testing work meets audit expectations and withstands external or internal review. Prepare test data, monitor testing progress and to log defects. A recognised tertiary qualification in Insurance, IT, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, insurance operations, system implementation, or project management Strong familiarity with insurance products Ability to design comprehensive test strategies, oversee complex test cycles, ensure full coverage, and validate system readiness through structured test planning, regression validation, and stakeholder sign‑off Experience in continuous process improvement, including reviewing SOPs, enhancing testing methodologies, and identifying ways to improve efficiency Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent product initiatives, and capable of delivering under tight timelines Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders for positive results Ability to embrace changes, and work effectively in a team Able to lead projects within the team competently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet work schedule Takes effort to review areas for process improvements Possess positive can-do attitude
