Description
As Southeast Asia's #1 integrated logistics provider, Teleport is all about making logistics faster, cheaper, and better. Our mission is to move things across Southeast Asia better than anyone else, and we're focused on making next-day delivery a reality for all. To do this, it’s critical our marketing strategy is relevant, targeted, and drives demand for our services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Assistant Manager, Product Marketing for Teleport Next Day (TNX), our B2C cross-border delivery product in Thailand, to join our team of 3-4. While the title is "Product Marketing," this isn't a typical SaaS or app marketing role. It's the strategic engine for the entire Thai B2C cross-border delivery segment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient marketing leader to drive the entire end-to-end conversion funnel for Teleport Next Day (TNX) in Thailand. Your mission is to be the in-market marketing expert and strategist, accountable for: Acquisition: Driving sign-ups from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Thailand-based SMEs. Retention: Creating loyalty and stickiness to ensure sustained usage. Upsell: Encouraging customers to utilize our services across all available lanes. You will be the vital link between our Commercial/Sales team and the wider Marketing functions, ensuring Teleport Next Day dominates the Thai cross-border logistics landscape. A DAY IN A LIFE As a start-up, you can expect your days to be varied. Multitasking is normal, and your skills will often be leveraged to support business priorities. However, the core of your role will involve: Market Strategy & Ownership: Act as the dedicated in-market marketing lead for TNX Thailand, setting the strategic direction for all B2B marketing activities targeting Bangkok-based SMEs. Conversion Funnel Leadership: Design, execute, and own the end-to-end conversion playbooks (Acquisition, Retention, and Upsell) to maximize lifetime value of the customer base. Commercial Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with the Commercial team to refine and implement marketing strategies, ensuring deep alignment with their business objectives. Creative Innovation: Continuously innovating and applying creative thinking to optimise strategies, aiming to impress and engage target accounts in inventive ways. Integrated Marketing: Working closely with the wider marketing team (Content, Brand & Creatives, Marketing Ops, Communications) to ensure integrated efforts and a seamless lead transition. Performance Analysis: Analysing campaign performance data to find opportunities for ongoing enhancements and strategic improvements. Future-Proofing: Proactively plan and forecast future marketing initiatives, staying ahead of local Thai market trends and the fast-moving logistics landscape. SKILLS These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: Language: High proficiency in Thai (written and verbal) is essential. Good command of English verbally. B2B Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing specifically targeting local Thai SMEs. Localised Market Expertise: Strong, verifiable understanding of the Thailand SME and eCommerce market dynamics. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with key marketing tools, CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. (eg: Hubspot, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Hotjar, Squarespace, etc) Collaboration & Independence: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams while also operating as a confident, self-starter who requires minimal supervision. Strategic Planning: Proven skills in strategic thinking and planning to develop effective marketing strategies that drive conversations. Detail-Oriented & Meticulous: A crucial focus on detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all marketing initiatives. These are skills that are ‘nice-to-have’ and will make you stand out in the job application: Specific Channel Experience: Direct, proven experience with SME-heavy channels in Thailand (e.g., LINE OA campaigns, targeted paid advertising, localised SEO/Content). Sales Process Understanding: Basic knowledge of sales processes and cycles, to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, with experience using data analysis tools and techniques to inform marketing decisions. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or strong knowledge of the logistics, startup, or e-commerce industry. Resourcefulness: The ability to identify and creatively solve challenges, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
