REQUIREMENTS

  • 3~5 years of Product Management experience
  • Aspiration to succeed in product management/ development
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project
  • You believe in owning your role and take initiative to find opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results
  • Innovation, attention to detail, and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp the customer mindset and transform customer challenges into value propositions is crucial.
  • Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Affinity in working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop and own the product business cases and deliverables
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Manage product centric enabling systems e.g. product catalogue, CPQ module
  • Industry eco-system - Technology, business and go-to-market partnerships. Solution and integration agreements, business development, mergers & acquisitions.
  • Go-to-market - Define and drive go-to-market plans and programs for the product, product launches, release announcements.
  • Market insights and strategy – Competitive, business models, pricing strategy, pricing models, competitive playbooks, sales playbooks.
  • Customers – Sales team go-to-market, product launch activities, case studies, customer events, buying patterns, customer verticals, develop customer champions.
  • Produce and present compelling presentations at various events to include: sales meetings, roadshows, and industry trade shows.
  • Provide pricing support and analysis to win sales opportunities
