Assistant Manager Production (Tyre & Tube) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Wazirabad Job Summary Darson Industries is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager Production (Tyre & Tube) to oversee production operations, improve process efficiency and ensure consistent product quality while achieving departmental performance targets. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs to ensure production targets are achieved. Ensure effective process control and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production efficiency. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures. Qualification B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in tyre and tube manufacturing. Requirements & Skills In-depth knowledge of tyre and tube manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of production planning, process control and quality assurance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication and team management abilities.
Responsibilities
Oversee production operations for tyre and tube manufacturing to ensure performance targets and quality standards are met. Coordinate with maintenance teams and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
