Description

Supervise daily production activities for CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) and NC (Non-Carbonated) lines. · Ensure adherence to production plans, schedules, and shift targets. · Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and wastage; take corrective actions. · Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime and breakdown handling. · Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP practices. · Monitor critical parameters like carbonation levels, Brix, filling volumes, and hygiene. · Coordinate with QA/QC team to maintain product quality standards. · Ensure proper CIP (Clean-in-Place) and sanitation processes. Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will supervise daily production activities for CSD and NC lines to ensure adherence to schedules and targets. They are responsible for monitoring line efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance and QA/QC teams.
