Description

· Supervise daily production activities for CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) and NC (Non-Carbonated) lines. · Ensure adherence to production plans, schedules, and shift targets. · Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and wastage; take corrective actions. · Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime and breakdown handling. · Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP practices. · Monitor critical parameters like carbonation levels, Brix, filling volumes, and hygiene. · Coordinate with QA/QC team to maintain product quality standards. · Ensure proper CIP (Clean-in-Place) and sanitation processes. Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities for carbonated and non-carbonated beverage lines to ensure shift targets and production plans are met. Monitor line efficiency, manage downtime, and coordinate with maintenance and QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards.
