Get to Know the Role The Project Management and Content Assistant Manager is a strategic operational role responsible for driving the execution of CEO-led initiatives. You will take accountability as project lead who can synthesize complex organizational data into action. You will support the operational rhythm of the CEO's Office, ensuring cross-functional projects are delivered with precision while maintaining the CEO's strategic narrative across all internal and external platforms. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. You will operate as a 'force multiplier' for the Office, moving beyond coordination to active problem-solving and proxy representation. This is a project-based, 6-month position with the opportunity for a contract extension or conversion to a full-time role. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. CEO Project Operations Lead the end-to-end execution of CEO Office programs, ensuring work streams stay on meet OKR deadlines. Be a delegated representative for the CEO Office in cross-functional task forces. This includes the authority to communicate executive intent, provide real-time feedback on project agreement, and ensure work streams are meeting the CEO's quality standards without needing constant manager oversight. 2. Strategic Content Management Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CEO office content, ensuring that strategic narratives are applied across all project briefs, board decks, and internal platforms. Narrative governance - ensure that all departmental content (Internal Relations, PR, Social) is technically aligned with current executive intent and project milestones. Manage content repositories and historical executive data for future executive engagement. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need 5 or more years of experience in Business Operations or Management Consulting with a secondary focus on Thought Leadership Development and Communications Experience processing hours of technical discussion and produce briefing documents that captures the core strategic intent. A background in managing complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level) in a high-velocity environment. Exceptional judgment; an instinctive understanding of high-stakes executive protocol and the discretion required for a public company C-Suite. Technical Skills and AI Fluency AI Agent Integration: Comfortable working with and prompting AI agents to automate routine administrative tasks, research, and data synthesis. Use LLMs and multi-modal AI (image/video/audio) to enhance the quality and speed of executive deliverables.
