Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – IBMS (CCTV / FAS / Controls) Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE – Company Payroll) Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager will support end-to-end execution of IBMS/ELV projects with expertise in CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and Control Systems. The role involves site execution, coordination, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project execution and site management of IBMS systems (CCTV, FAS, ACS, BMS, Controls) Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Monitor installation, commissioning, and testing activities Track project schedules, manpower, and site progress Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and documentation Support project reporting, MIS updates, and project closure activities Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation) 5–8 years of experience in IBMS / ELV project execution Hands-on experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and Controls Strong exposure to installation, commissioning, and site coordination Ability to read drawings and manage on-site execution Preferred Background: Candidates from IBMS / ELV / Building Automation industry Experience in large-scale commercial / infra projects Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
