REQ13409 Assistant Manager, Project & Traffic (Open Date: 08/10/2025) POSITION SUMMARY: The main responsibility of Assistant Manager, Project & Traffic is to oversee the workflow of all design projects for Melco properties. Ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and scope. Ensure creative projects are produced correctly, timely and consistently with the corporate direction and branding guidelines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the workflow of design, multimedia and creative projects for City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira integrated resorts. Assign projects to the correct creative specialist, be it Graphic Designer or Multimedia Animator, in-house team or even freelance talents. Briefing/ Debriefing the direction and concept with specialist to ensure the output aligns with the company branding and delivers high-quality results. Ensure creative personnel completes projects on time and on-brief. Build out creative projects development schedules and set deadlines for each project stage. Manage finances, documentation and processes from creative projects outsourced to freelance and external talents. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Preferred 4 years’ experience in Project Management and Content Delivery. Education Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area Skills / Competencies Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills under tight timelines. Strong visual sense and well-versed on the workflow on production and post-production. Able to work independently under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Flexible in working hours, as this may require extra hours/ out of normal work hours.
