Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP as per approved requisitions
and budgeted requirements
* Create and maintain vendor master data, material codes, and CAPEX asset codes
in SAP
* Prepare and analyze rate comparison sheets based on vendor quotations to
support cost-effective purchasing decisions
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals prior to
PO release.
* Liaise with vendors for order acknowledgements, delivery schedules, and
timely fulfilment.
* Coordinate with site teams to ensure material receipt, quantity verification,
and requirement alignment
* Handle invoice processing and bill booking in coordination with site teams
and finance departments
* Identify and resolve invoice mismatches, discrepancies, and
documentation-related issues
* Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and record maintenance for all
procurement activities
* Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely order execution
and payment processing
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
* Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM module preferred)
* Good understanding of procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing
* Strong coordination and follow-up skills
* Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
