This role supports daily property operations with a strong focus on concierge team management , tenant engagement , and customer service delivery across a commercial or mixed-use development.

TENANT EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT

• Act as the main contact point for tenant feedback, requests, and daily interactions.
• Plan and coordinate tenant engagement activities and simple in-building events.
• Build strong tenant relationships through regular check-ins and site visits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitalit, Facilities Management, Property Management or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in property management, concierge, or hospitality.
