​ Job Purpose •    To manage and monitor the implementation of service delivery to tenants and daily operations. •    To ensure the smooth running of the first-class management system of the assigned building and drive improvement whenever necessary. •    This position requires strong customer-facing and communication skills.   Key Responsibilities •    Responsible for the daily operations of the apartment and residential complex to ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our tenants.  •    Take ownership of operation and tenant issues and following problems through to resolution. •    Develop and adhere to service procedures, policies and standards. •    Plan, organize and execute recreational programs and activities for the tenants. •    Ensure customers are satisfied and provide suggestions for customer service enhancement. •    Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with tenants. •    Recruit, mentor and develop staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment. •    Implement sustainability and building efficiency initiatives. •    Adhere to and manage the approved budget. •    Perform any other duties as assigned by the Seniors.   Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements •    University graduate with related property management qualification or equivalent. •    Minimum 5 years' management experience in property management of which at least 3 years must be at management level. •    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. •    Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Putonghua.  
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the residential complex to ensure tenant satisfaction and safety. Develop service procedures and enhance customer service while building strong relationships with tenants.
