Description
Support the Sales Manager by managing assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to overall sales revenue in the territory. Develop and maintain effective customer account plans by understanding customer needs, prioritising actions, and using company resources to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Closely follow project and account progress by coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams, resolving technical and commercial queries, and inspecting coating application to ensure quality and timely completion. Promote products and solutions through regular customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups with owners and consultants to ensure products are selected for projects and new sales opportunities are created. Track projects within the assigned region to ensure products are used as planned, sales targets are met, and customer payments are collected within agreed timelines. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to win new business, grow existing accounts, introduce new products, participate in sales meetings, and support large projects while meeting individual sales targets. Requirements Qualifications s Experience We Look For: Bachelor's degree in any related field More than 3 years of relevant experience in Protective Coating Sales Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.
