The focus is on fitting in quickly and maintaining traditional bar service, with no need for specialised cocktail skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Experience:
• Minimum of three years in a similar Team Lead or Assistant Manager position in a busy Traditional Irish Pub.
• Proven ability to hold a position for more than two years.
• Previous experience in the Irish bar industry is essential.
