We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team as we gear up for an exciting period of expansion.
As Manager Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the leadership and smooth operation of our vibrant café and bakery. The ideal candidate is a confident, outgoing, and inspiring leader who thrives on problem-solving and collaboration. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure the highest quality customer experience, create a warm and welcoming environment for both staff and customers, and help nurture a motivated, high-performing team.

You’ll also:

  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for the team.
  • Support the manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management, scheduling, and team training.
  • Use your exceptional problem-solving skills to handle challenges proactively.
  • Act as a role model for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Ensure smooth service during busy periods, helping the team deliver excellent coffee, food, and service consistently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A bright, outgoing personality and a natural ability to build rapport with both staff and customers.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for creating memorable experiences and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Hands-on experience as a skilled barista is a bonus, but not required.
